OROSOL® Manager Quality Assurance, Deputy Manager Quality Assurance and Manager Product Development are directly working under the General Manager R & D, paralled with the Production Manager. This ensures that the Quality Manager, a person having knowledge of quality control is working independently without making any compromises on many aspects.

OROSOL® General Manager R & D is highly qualified and knowledgable person, he keeps a close eye on component manufacturing and purchase, production planning and maintenance activities. He co-ordinates all Q.A. activities along with product development and market complaint department. Along with top management, he prepares quality norms and strives for the same along with his team to achieve the same.

Our Manager Quality Assurance has the following responsibilities:

1. Component Testing–Component samples received will be tested against mill norms and a decision regarding purchase of the lot or rejection will be taken by Q.A Manager. Lots which fulfills the quality norms will be purchased, and 100% testing of the bales from the lot will be carried out Bale Managerment should be strictly followed.

2. In-process Testing And Process Optimization–In-process component at every process stage must be and wherever deviations are observed, the process must be optimized by conducting trials.

3. Finished Product Testing–To arrive at reliable results, the testing instruments must be calibrated internally as per the prescribed method and schedule.

Our Deputy Manager Quality Assurance is working as a trouble shooter. He has the following responsibilities:

1. Process Control Studies:

1.1 Quality control in the Pressing Workshop.

Five-sequence Stamping of OROSOL®

OROSOL® produces 95% of its own stamping parts. Although this will increase the cost of the enterprise, it can ensure the quality of the stamped parts.

★ At OROSOL®, there are strict written standards for the installation of molds, adjustment of equipment parameters, and verification of materials. This is to ensure that the selection of metal materials, mold design, processing environment, etc. all meet the requirements.

★ At OROSOL®, the first piece of stamped finished product should be confirmed by the inspector, and the operator should check the problem points of the product according to the sample and quality inspection key points. During the production process, the operator should check the product at the frequency of 10 pieces/time (5 pieces/time for critical parts), and the final part should be verified according to the sample and key drawing.

1.2 Quality control in the Welding Workshop.

Weld Quality of OROSOL®

★ At OROSOL®, the automation rate of welding workshop reaches 90%.

★ At OROSOL®, The laser welding seam on the top cover is located in a prominent position on the exterior of the vehicle and must be very flat. The faster the laser welding speed, the more difficult it is to control the flow of the molten pool, and the more difficult it is to ensure the quality of the weld seam. In the face of this situation, OROSOL® has utilized its advantage of being a latecomer, integrating the strengths of various automobile manufacturers and combining them with its own actual situation to achieve high-speed laser brazing technology for roof covers.

★ At OROSOL®, The maximum welding speed of OROSOL® laser welding can reach 110mm/s, with a one-time welding qualification rate of up to 95%. The production efficiency and weld quality have been widely recognized by professionals in the automotive manufacturing industry.

The Welding Robot is Working in OROSOL® Welding Workshop

★ At OROSOL®, The adaptive welding controller ensures the welding quality and enhances the reliability and stability of the welding effect; At the same time, each welding point is customized to ensure the quality of the body welding to the greatest extent possible. In addition, the workshop has also introduced a welding network monitoring system to monitor and trace the welding status of each welding point.

★ At OROSOL®, The welding workshop adopts 3D laser guided grabbing door cover technology to ensure high precision of robot parts taking, avoid damage to sheet metal and process holes during workpiece operation, and ensure the appearance quality of the entire vehicle door cover.

1.3 Quality control in the Painting Workshop.

OROSOL® Painting Workshop Achieves 100% Automatic Spraying and 100% Automatic Drilling

★ At OROSOL®, we have achieved 100% automatic adhesive coating in the painting workshop.

★ At OROSOL®, the painting workshop adopts visual inspection technology for adhesive coating, which real-time controls the position, length, and diameter of the adhesive coating during the production process, effectively improving the accuracy of adhesive quality inspection.

★ At OROSOL®, the painting workshop has achieved 100% automatic application of sealant, with good sealing performance and stable quality.

★ At OROSOL®, the flow rate of robot automatic glue coating is less affected by temperature and paint viscosity, and has higher efficiency and finer quality compared to manual glue coating; And each robot is equipped with a camera positioning system to help the robot accurately identify the position of the vehicle body. In terms of other process highlights, OROSOL® adopts an electrophoresis preheating furnace, which significantly reduces water dripping through preheating, has a long preheating end, and sets a high temperature.

★ At OROSOL®, the painting workshop sprays each vehicle three times (i.e. primer, topcoat, and varnish) and dries it twice, and there is no mid-coat or mid-coat drying process.

1.4 Quality control in the General Assembly Workshop.

★ At OROSOL®, the assembly quality of a car is mainly reflected in the final assembly. It is not an easy task to assemble tens of thousands of components onto the car on the assembly line. Therefore, a high-quality car must come from a top-level assembly workshop.

★ At OROSOL®, all employees in the assembly workshop need to pass a total of 19 KET training certifications in 3 levels and 8 categories before starting work to ensure the professionalism of production personnel.

★ At OROSOL®, the assembly workshop has set up 8 inspection points, 6 full-time quality control points, more than 1000 parts and nearly 200 items of CAL appearance inspection line, the vehicle interior and exterior decoration gap, height difference, paint quality and other comprehensive inspection, do not let go of any slight appearance defects, to ensure that to provide users with high-quality products.

2. Machinery Auditing–Our factory has a generally maintenance gang, they will be doing auditing of the machine at the time cleaning or during maintenance of perticular machine. But while the machine is working, some of the things can be checked, which have influence on quality, for example stop motion, lap licking, web cut, abnormal noise from the machine etc. Our deputy Manager Quality Assurance is responsible for making a list of such points, so that machine wise is to be prepared and an auditing schedule is followed.

Our Manager Product Development is mainly responsible for Development In Existing Product and New Product Development. He keeps a close eye in market changes for new product development, and strictly follows quality control norms and customer requirements.
